Material characteristics
Core performance: 304 stainless steel strip contains 18%-20% chromium and 8%-10.5% nickel. It is an austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance (can resist erosion by the atmosphere, water, and most acid-base media), good ductility and toughness, and excellent cold processing performance. It is suitable for forming complex shapes through stamping, bending, stretching and other processes.
• Adaptability: non-magnetic at room temperature (may have weak magnetism after cold hardening), high surface finish (can achieve mirror or matte effect), and meets food-grade and medical-grade safety standards, without harmful substances precipitated.

Product features and processing methods
Processing characteristics: Using 304 stainless steel strip as raw material, the stamping die is used to complete blanking, punching, bending, stretching, flanging and other processes on the press to make parts of various shapes. Its ductility allows stamping parts to achieve more complex structures (such as deep-drawn parts, multi-bend parts), and has high dimensional accuracy (tolerance can be controlled within ±0.01-0.1mm, depending on the complexity of the parts).
Surface treatment: The original smooth surface can be retained after stamping, and polishing, sandblasting, pickling and passivation can also be performed according to needs to enhance corrosion resistance or improve the appearance texture.
