321 stainless steel strip precision tube is a high-precision, high-performance tube made of 321 stainless steel strip through precision processing such as cold rolling and cold drawing. Material core characteristics
• Outstanding resistance to intergranular corrosion: 321 stainless steel adds titanium (the titanium content is 5-10 times the carbon content) to make carbon preferentially combine with titanium to form titanium carbide, avoiding the precipitation of chromium carbide at the grain boundary, effectively preventing intergranular corrosion at high temperatures of 425-850℃, which is its key advantage over 304 stainless steel.
• Excellent high-temperature stability: In a high-temperature environment of 600-800℃, it can still maintain high strength and toughness, and its oxidation resistance is better than 304, which is suitable for long-term work in high-temperature media.
• Balanced mechanical properties: tensile strength ≥520MPa, elongation ≥40%, with good cold processing performance, can meet the strict requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality when forming precision tubes.
