Material and structure

Material characteristics: 304 stainless steel contains 18%-20% chromium and 8%-10.5% nickel. It is an austenitic stainless steel with good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and high strength. It can maintain stable performance in a variety of environments.
Structural design: The tube body is a unique annular or spiral corrugated shape. This design makes the tube body axially elastic and can be expanded and contracted like an accordion bellows. The outer layer usually has one or more layers of metal woven mesh, which is cross-wound with 304 or 316 stainless steel wire at a 45° angle to enhance the pressure resistance and protective performance.

Performance characteristics
• Strong corrosion resistance: In humid environments, acid and alkali solutions, salt spray and other corrosive media, it can form a dense oxide film to effectively prevent rust and corrosion, and the annual corrosion rate is extremely low.
• Good high temperature resistance: It can work stably in the temperature range of -196℃ to 800℃, and can withstand the transmission of high-temperature steam, hot oil and other media in industrial production.
Flexibility and displacement compensation capability: It has good flexibility and can adapt to the mutual displacement of the connection ends of pipes or equipment. It can absorb axial, radial and angular displacement changes and compensate for the deformation of pipes caused by thermal expansion and contraction, foundation settlement and other reasons.
High pressure resistance: The 304 stainless steel bellows with multi-layer woven mesh structure has a bursting pressure of more than 6 times that of ordinary steel pipes. It can withstand high internal pressure and ensure the safe operation of the pipeline system.
