304L stainless steel strip chemical packing is a filling material used in chemical towers made of low-carbon 304L stainless steel strip. Its main function is to strengthen the contact and mass transfer efficiency between gas and liquid and liquid and liquid and liquid.

Material advantages
• Outstanding corrosion resistance: The carbon content of 304L is ≤0.03%, which avoids the intergranular corrosion of ordinary stainless steel during welding or high-temperature use. It has good corrosion resistance to organic acids, inorganic acids (such as dilute sulfuric acid, nitric acid), alkali solutions and some organic solvents, and is especially suitable for chemical environments with medium and low concentrations of corrosive media.
• Mechanical properties adaptation: It has a certain strength and ductility. The thickness of the cold-rolled steel strip is uniform (usually 0.1-0.5mm). It can be made into a complex structure of regular or random packing through stamping, rolling and other processes. It is not easy to deform at high temperature (≤800℃) and pressure fluctuations, ensuring long-term stable operation.
• Hygiene and environmental protection: The material is pure, no harmful substances are precipitated, it meets the hygiene standards of food, pharmaceutical and other industries, and it can be recycled and has good environmental protection.
